Maintain safety, compliance, and OH&S standards across the store. What You’ll Need 1 year experience in retail management (store or assistant level). Confident, driven, and inspiring leadership style. Passion for fashion, wellness, and the Stylerunner aesthetic. Proven track record of achieving sales and KPI targets. Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage control. “Make it Happen” mindset — strategic, proactive, and solutions-focused. Strong operational, VM, and customer service skills. Availability for a Tuesday–Saturday roster.
